actually prepare and deliver order or provide refund. got blank stare from manager when I entered store after trying to pick up mobile order as the employee headset apparently died and I sat in the drive through 1 of 2 while people placed orders and received them. waited in the store for corrective action. more people picked up food and all carried on. No air conditioning severely hotter in side than out no English speaking made to use computer
This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve had the misfortune to eat at! I ordered a double 1/4 pounder with cheese not only did I have to wait for 15 minutes for my order they took my order to the wrong car and the people in that car touched my food!! The burger had one pickle slice on it the fries were cold and didn’t have salt on them!!!!! If you use this Mickey D’S often I’m sure you’ve had the same problems!
