“Always loved The Bell but the last several years lacked any semblance of customer service. Went here on my lunch break which was different from my normal lunching TB and the the customer service was perfect and efficient. Start to finish. On top of that it was the best food I'd had from TB that I can remember. Keep it up!“

“I would have given them zero but I wanted to submit a lagit complaint.I used to work for corporate years ago and the standards have fallen dramatically.I waited 35 minutes to get to the ordering board.I submittedmy order,2 Mexicanpizzas,2 bean burritos and2 loco nacho tacosupremes.I pull out headhome now,no tacos. I went back,front door locked Idrive around by the drive through window,try toexplain to the genius at the window my order wasincomplete and I needed 2 of the tacos.She looked atme kinda crossed and then continued to chat up the driver of the car at her window. after watching several cars get there orders and leave,I get out of my car and ask where are my tacos? She then ignored me.now all my order is virtually worthless! I'm pissed and Chuck the cold food out 5he window and sped off.Upset, confused and in disbelief.Taco bell will was contacted( via email) the only way now.No reply,no compensation,no acknowledgment what so ever.Now,I will never give them my business again.Ok,it's been a while since visiting this establishment and let's just say,I no longer use the drive in.When I order I go inside I look at my order and just go from there.Problem solved. Food was spot on,manager was helpful.“
