“Great food today and Anthony was awesome!!! We needed help as we were having issues with the menu kiosk and he was kind, patient and friendly helping us. My brother was having a hard time deciding on his frosty flavor and Anthony was super helpful. This was truly the best customer service I have ever had at fast food restaurants and I have been to many in my 61 years.“

“We love this Wendy's! Friendly gal named Heather remembers us and gets our order right. We come here after work, right before they close at 12:30, and the nuggets and fries are fresh out of the fryer. Also one of the few Wendy's that has 3 frosty machines and I like vanilla. Only bad thing is they need a new microphone. Talk loud when you order or they can't hear you.“
“Drive-thru was quick and easy. Got home and realized I didn't get my burger! Mistakes happen, so I called them up and they said come on back and we'll make you another! By the time I got there they had my food ready to go! As I said, mistakes happen but the fact that they were sincerely sorry for the mistake and genuinely eager to correct it, made the experience more than okay in the end. “I went through the drive through today, I had the worst day ever and was crying the whole time I ordered. The guy at the first window greeted me (black man) and saw I was crying. He said "hello, Glad to see you", and that was honestly so wholesome and kind. Just wanted to say thank you to him cause it was the only time I felt okay today.“
