Wendy's in Arvada

“Wow is all I have to say. And I'm writing a review now.

They had a drive thru line that wrapped around the building. I walk inside and the line seems similar to the one outside. Not only did I barely even have to wait for my food but it was correct (with my picky eating) nice and hot and Jesus even checked up on his customers after the rush cooled down. Very impressed and it was good enough to make me want to put in a good word for this hard working crew“

“This place is the bomb!! The staff are so hospitable and friendly and service oriented. Very polite and personable they were during our visit here.
We had just finished moving and were stressed and wanted to relax and not be cooking stuff.
The food was nice and hot and delicious!
The prices are very reasonable.
We ate inside and it was very relaxing and clean and sanitary.
They have a great varied menu for all tastes and a wonderful selection of soft drinks and other lovely tasty drinks, Frosties, and ice cream flavors!
You can't beat it around this area as the guys across the street are crazy expensive for what you get.
Come to this Wendy's, you can't go wrong here.

“We love this Wendy's! Friendly gal named Heather remembers us and gets our order right. We come here after work, right before they close at 12:30, and the nuggets and fries are fresh out of the fryer. Also one of the few Wendy's that has 3 frosty machines and I like vanilla. Only bad thing is they need a new microphone. Talk loud when you order or they can't hear you.“

“I had a messed up order a week ago, called the store, and the manager, i believe alisa, was very understanding and helpful. Prime example of a great worker. She took care of my messed up order personally and made it right. Shout out to alisa for her hard work and excellent customer service“

“Drive-thru was quick and easy. Got home and realized I didn't get my burger! Mistakes happen, so I called them up and they said come on back and we'll make you another! By the time I got there they had my food ready to go! As I said, mistakes happen but the fact that they were sincerely sorry for the mistake and genuinely eager to correct it, made the experience more than okay in the end. Thanks for the great customer service!“
