My daughter and I went in yesterday for a late lunch. The service was great. Super nice people. The food was terrible. Our fries were extremely undercooked and soggy and my wings(garlic parm) were drowning in parmesan cheese. I had to shake them before I could eat them. We each ate one bite and left.
Placed an order online requesting a pickup at 7:15pm, I get there and my food is cold because they said the order was set for a 5:15pm pickup. It was on the 2 receipts that it was a 7:15pm pickup but I didn't check before I left. Looked at my confirmation email and the receipt when home and saw it was 7:15pm. Called in and they did not even apologize for making a mistake. They told me to bring the food back and they would remake the order. Order #119829632. They screwed...read full review
