We booked our reservation 1 hour before going there on a Friday night in Aspen where reservations were unavailable at most other good restaurants. When we got there, the restaurant was only half full. We ordered sake, a Thai basil chicken, and mushu duck that the waiter recommended. We got our Thai basil chicken, which was quite tasty. Then the mushu duck was brought out. It tasted off as soon as we tried it. The duck tasted sour and rancid. In fear of getting sick, we stopped eating it and let the waiter know. He did nothing about it. We would never return here for a meal ever. Service was poor for a small, empty restaurant, and the food tasted rancid.
Little Ollie’s is clutch and reliable. We thank you!

Do not dine here if you have a nut allergy. We told the server that our two daughters have nut allergies and to leave nuts off a dish, they brought it out with nuts so we sent it back, they brought it a new dish and assured us there were no nuts, there ended up being nuts. Luckily our girls had not eaten the dish before we saw the nuts. They are extremely careless here and could seriously hurt or kill someone who has a severe enough allergy.
Very careless about nut allergies here, had requested a nut free version of a dish due to my two daughters having allergies. They brought the dish with nuts we sent it back, they brought a remade dish and assured us there was no nuts, turned out to have a few nuts almost like they picked out the nuts on top of the dish without remaking. Luckily our daughters did not eat it but this could been disastrous.

The food is okay but the male asian with eyeglasses cashier is very rude, just as soon as we came in, he wasn’t very respectful and even rushed to get our order and ended up giving us the wrong one. Overall I would give the customer service 1/10 and the food is 5/10.
