Perfect location. 150 yards from the gondola, center of town everything walkable. Huge units, all condos, great full kitchens, different floor plans, studios to four bedrooms. The units are more luxurious and larger than the Saint Regis or Little Nell condos next door. Great year round outdoor pool. Perfect Aspen property year round.

We were a guest of one of the Hyatt timeshare owners. We had 5 wonderful days at the now Aspen Mountain Residence Hotel. It is in the best location in town. The finishes are a bit dated but the hotel still has a certain elegance to it. We stayed in a generous size studio with a small fridge and micro and coffee maker. We were lucky that the weather was perfect. After hiking adventures every morning, we returned to sun near the lovely pool and hot tub. The pool is heated but not quite enough for my taste, The hotel is short staffed as all businesses are now. But the staff that is in place is very friendly and helpful. There is not restaurant and the bar is not open. So we bought some nice wine from the store and took it down to sit by the fire pits. There are washer/dryers and ice makers on each floor. Maid service came everyday we were there. Parking is mandatory valet. I understand that the resort fees are like $40/day and parking is another $30-40/day. As we were guests of an owner our fees were quite a bit less. I did meet an interior designer in the elevator and I understand they plan to start modernizing some of the rooms, We had a great time at this hotel/timeshare and I think you would too.

Very friendly and professional staff, rooms not really big but very comfortable and luxurious. Near a good size grocery store and high end fashions brands. Cozy feeling and quiet place to enjoy, play and relax.

The place has the best location in town, unfortunately it feels old and abandoned, short of staff which for what they charge a night they should have double staff… Continental breakfast is like what they serve at war refuge, I used to love this place, coming back from a ski day and find apple cider and hot chocolate in the lobby, now you hardly find enough lights in the lobby and corridors to get to your unit.. I stayed here December 2020 and told them they needed to get new mattresses and towel, it looks like they don’t care… It is a shame to have such a good property in such a great town look and feel like a 4 star hotel when it could be the best residence in Colorado.

A truly exceptional vacation destination. The location could not be better - within walking distance of entire town. Beautiful setting with natural, lovely surroundings throughout the property. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well appointed- even a steam shower for the ultimate warm up! The staff is as good as it gets with the friendly, extremely responsive and useful employees at every turn. The only thing they could improve on is the amount of oxygen available when hiking up the local trails!

We have been visiting the Hyatt Residence Club in Aspen for over 10 years and the customer service has always been phenomenal. This past weekend, we checked in for a 2-night stay to celebrate our anniversary, shortly after getting into our room, the guests next door had a baby who was crying loudly. We called the front desk and asked if it would be possible to be moved to another studio, given the circumstances. Blanca, who had checked us in, was very helpful and ultimately was able to find another room for us to move to, which made for a great weekend. Admittedly, over 10 years and multiple visits to the Hyatt in Aspen, this level of attention to the guests has always been there, which is why this continues to be our favorite getaway.

The hotel was great. Excellent staff. The room was nice. Fire Place and a balcony were nice features. Unfortunately no desk or chairs for sitting inside. When we wanted to sit we went to the balcony. Fortunately the weather was nice. The don't have a restaurant but have continental breakfast. We enjoyed Maroon Bells, but the city itself was awful. Not a single decent place to eat.

We stayed at the Hyatt Residence Club Grand Aspen in July 2021. The hotel is in a great location for visiting Aspen. You can easily walk around downtown. I found the service to be very good. They were willing to accommodate a late check-out and let me keep my car at the hotel all day after checking out without an additional charge. We used Hyatt points and stayed in a regular room. The room itself is fine--getting a bit dated now as is the entire property. The huge tub in the bathroom is nice, but it's not the best shower/tub set up. Hotels in Aspen are very expensive. I'm not sure I would feel great about spending the nightly rate for this hotel. But if using points, I would stay here again for the great location and good service.
