The food was ok... you can make much better at home....
Not great, overpriced.
Pizza was good but mixed green salad got my wife sick. Discovered slimy greens at end of meal.
The thinnest thin crust pizzas I've had and they were delicious. Extra props for our waiter, Joss, who found a spot for us to dine during the busy twilight hour.
Great spot for good meal. One of the last remaining local dining spots In Aspen.
Reasonably priced for a luxe ski town. We had pep, Margherita, goat cheese and prosciutto pizza (get at least one), breadsticks (skip), and the Fettuccine Sofia (get it).
All tasty and filling. Staff were busy, but pretty attentive. Family Friendly.
We came here right after skiing and got a seat at the bar. We were greeted with beers and our pizza came within 15 minutes of ordering. Before I could ask for the check the bartender knew and handed it to me. They anticipated our needs amazingly and the pizza was excellent & light. Thank you for the great service and food!
They say closing at 10pm, it’s already the second time that I show up around 9:20 and the restaurant seems closed since 9pm.
I work in Hospitality too and i can understand that they may close early due lack of business, first time that I went I was in town already, this time I
Drove for 40min for nothing.
You don’t know what customer is.
To me is an a closed door.
Kids pizza is worth the trip. Prices on-line do not match current prices.
I paid $5 more per glass of wine.
Such excellent service and really good tasting food! I came here for a nice quiet Italian meal and that’s what I got! Dom the bartender was brilliant, every drink he made was so well balanced! Steph our server was super caring and made sure our night was perfect!
Will definitely be coming back
Sofia fettuccine and the lasagna=💯/10. Met the owner and his sweet pup Pepper. Great vibes, great pasta, great hot toddy

Perfect pizza stop for the family. No frills casual spot in the core!
We really enjoyed our Saturday night at Brunelleschi’s! We were able to walk in and get a table at 6:30 with a short wait (this seems like a miracle since it was packed!). We got the flatiron pizza and the Alana salad and our son got to make his own pizza at the table and then they went and cooked it which was a fun experience! Would definitely recommend.
Outpizzas the hut.
The worst place I’ve ever eaten in my lifel. I have no idea how they managed to mess up a carbonara—a simple pasta dish. They even ruined every single drink, every one, INCLUDING the water, which tasted like it had been filtered through the chef’s dirty sock. The environment also seemed unsanitary, and a friend of mine even ended up vomiting. The place is far from cheap but delivers a quality worse than Olive Garden. I’d be embarrassed to provide such a service.
While visiting and walking around Aspen we found Brunelleschi's for dinner. We had a meatball appetizer which was a delicious authentic tasting Italian meatball. Our group had a variety of entree's which were all delicious. We also had glasses of wine and some of the greatest cannolis I've ever had! We enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and the food so much that we returned a few days later for another meal. Our server on both occasions was Georgie and we adored her as our server! If we ever have the chance to return to Aspen this will be one of our first stops.
