We decided to investigate the pleasant smells and cool vibes this 3rd level restaurant was giving off. Needless to say, the moment we walked in we decided there was no better place to eat than Las Montañas.
We were beyond pleased with the service and food. Shubham R was our waiter and he was very kind and helpful and assisted us in navigating the menu and select the right meal. We shared the Steak Arrachera & Achiote Chicken Combo Fajitas. Our food and service were excellent, this place is a must stop and eat for anyone that passes through Aspen, CO. Thank you Shubham!“

“A must when in Aspen. Not only do they have the best Pizza, they have the best variety of food from breakfast-brunch to lunch and dinner. You can’t miss with anything on the menu. To top it off, they have the best staff. Big shout out to Paula, Jonathan, and Val.“

I had the Birriaa taco and the grilled shrimp taco and they were both delicious!!! Every bit was phenomenal. Always have a side of Mexican rice and this was by far. Probably the best idea. And I'm from the south who has eaten plenty of Mexican rice in my life...“

“We absolutely loved celebrating our daughter's birthday here with a tea party. The food was delicious, and the tea selection was good —our teas were very aromatic and flavorful. The thoughtful kids' setting made our girls feel like little princesses. Service was great, very kid-friendly, and they even surprised us with a birthday cake! A wonderful experience all around.“
