Food was great as usual! It seemed like the restaurant couldn't keep up with how busy it was that day. We come all the time and will be back but it was definitely slow. All good though it's a busy week.
Food quality is amazing! Service top notch (Charles was great!!!) a little pricey even for Aspen. We will be back.
We loved our dinner at Las Montanas....though dining room was not quite full yet - it was easy to converse. The service was outstanding and food delicious!
A great place for lunch because it is quiet during the day. The Yellowfin Tuna Tostadas were outstanding. Excellent food with a lot of variety. Definitely high end.
Well, I can't say I've been to Mexico many times. I would say this is very good authentic Mexican food of course it's pricey, but you're in Aspen. Probably the best octopus I've had in a long time if ever. The lamb quesadilla was phenomenal. Everything was very good. Service was great. Overall a very good experience.
Entire experience was outstanding. Our server Charles was amazing and demonstrated exceptional hospitality.
Our reservation didn't show up in the system, but the manager still sat us in under three minutes. Honestly it was impressive. Cool atmosphere and friendly service!
My wife and I just celebrated our honeymoon in Aspen and Las Montanas was our favorite food place hands down. We got the pineapple marinated ribeye fajitas which were incredible. The margaritas were some of the best we've ever had and to top it off our waiter Tomas was amazing. Super friendly and on time with service. We will be back again
Las Montanas ambience is great very family friendly with delicious authentic Mexican dishes! The service is excellent. The bar area is also fun with a nice vibe. Our fajitas continue cooking at the table on a burner, which was different and fun. They accommodate small and large parties. We will definitely be back .
I was really disappointed when I received a $16-$18 frozen margarita in a 2/3 full tiny cocktail glass, after seeing another customer receive hers in a FULL GLASS made for margaritas. I asked the waiter what type of drink the woman had, and he informed me that it was the same time that I had. He explained that., “ When we run out of that type of glass, we just put the margarita in this type of glass in order to keep you from waiting.” After looking around and seeing that there was nobody else with that type of glass in the restaurant at that time, I could not help but wondering if they only had one of those glasses. Truthfully, I took it personally and believed that it was intentional. I had a margarita and a tiny, non-frozen cocktail glass. (a whiskey glass.) , and it was not even full. I did not appreciate it at all. Also, there was no lime as a garnish, or any other type of garnish. In fact, it cost two dollars extra to get salt on the glass. The tacos were decent, but the sauce were watery and bland. Otherwise the atmosphere was lively.

Charlie waited on us and he is fantastic! We had him last summer and his level of service is way better than the norm in Aspen
The chicken fajitas were amazing and they give you this warming plate that keeps everything sizzling as you eat. The Negroni was delicious too! I appreciated that two friends could split the fajitas and have a drink and it did not cost an arm and a leg in Aspen!
Best ceviche since Peru! Great salsas with crunchy tortillas. We love Sharing the steak arrachera. Try the Jimmys margarita both ways: regular and cucumber spicy. Both delicious! Great multi-generational family dinner. Everyone 1yr to 70yrs is happy.
The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed a great evening! A fantastic dining experience!
The most fantastic fajitas ever!!! Las Montanas elevates Mexican good to the gourmet level. Great margaritas too!
