I wouldn’t waste a dinner in Aspen here, very below average food and not so great service.

Food was great as usual! It seemed like the restaurant couldn't keep up with how busy it was that day. We come all the time and will be back but it was definitely slow. All good though it's a busy week.
Food quality is amazing! Service top notch (Charles was great!!!) a little pricey even for Aspen. We will be back.
Other than the fajitas. Everything was not out of the normal but over priced even for Aspen.

Great service and the quality of food was fantastic. Given we came here during food and wine festival, the service was great. Great atmosphere and desserts.

We loved our dinner at Las Montanas....though dining room was not quite full yet - it was easy to converse. The service was outstanding and food delicious!
A great place for lunch because it is quiet during the day. The Yellowfin Tuna Tostadas were outstanding. Excellent food with a lot of variety. Definitely high end.
Only at this place do they charge $2 extra for a skinny marg that simply removes an ingredient. Great place otherwise.

Well, I can't say I've been to Mexico many times. I would say this is very good authentic Mexican food of course it's pricey, but you're in Aspen. Probably the best octopus I've had in a long time if ever. The lamb quesadilla was phenomenal. Everything was very good. Service was great. Overall a very good experience.

The restaurant itself is nice and location is great since it’s in downtown Aspen. However, my order was wrong. It was our first time coming to this restaurant and we sat at the bar. Prices are a bit pricey, portions of the food are smaller for what you pay for. We initially ordered a beef fajita enchilada ($40) and received a tiny enchilada lol. When we received the bill, out bartender rang this up as a single enchilada ($11) instead of the entree. It wasn’t a big deal but wish there was more attention to detail… our bartender wasn’t attentive. We ended up going to another restaurant afterwards.

We arrived a few minutes before 5pm in the hopes of ordering a few tacos on happy hour. When a server came by at exactly 5:01 (she checked her phone), she informed us that we could not order anything from the happy hour menu (and blamed the chef). We protested that we had been there before 5pm, but were denied happy hour ordering. The service was terrible afterwards, and they repeatedly forgot to bring things that were ordered. Spend your money elsewhere.

Our reservation didn't show up in the system, but the manager still sat us in under three minutes. Honestly it was impressive. Cool atmosphere and friendly service!
