Ridiculously overpriced. My moka coffee was nothing to be proud of, not even hot. Pastries where ok, burrito was fine.
Service was not good. Latin music was loud. It was def not worth $50 for 3 drinks, 2 pastries and a burrito!!! try somewhere else

Bought two ham and cheese croissants. They were really tasty and filling. The lady ringing us up seemed a bit confused but the food quality made up for it. Overall I'm really impressed.

I have dreams about this place because it’s easily the best bakery in Aspen, they also have their bakery items available at the Aspen Saturday market and on the rooftop of Swedish hill cafe. But this location is perfect if you want to get a quick breakfast before heading into town. The cookies are really good but my favorite things to order are the chicken pesto empanadas and the cherry danishes… wowwwweeeeeee

This place is under relatively new ownership (same group that owns Clark’s Oyster Bar and Las Montanyas in town, I believe). When you used to walk in here under the previous two owners, the place was alive with employees making so many great things and moving fast. I’ve come here now the last two mornings and either they are understaffed because they can’t get good help, or they’re understaffed because they are trying to make a leaner operation. I came here this second morning only because I had to - I hadn’t had any breakfast and I dropped my car off nearby. Both mornings there has been one person working out front who is not fast and the line is long and *very* slow moving. If they can’t fix this, I won’t be coming back unless I have to. It’s a shame because this used to be one of my (and everyone else’s) favorite places in town. Regarding the burritos, they’ve made them quite a bit smaller, through they still taste darned good.

I will never back here. I paid $28. Something for 2 small coffees ☕️ and veggies burrito $13.90 plus $6.00 for tips that automatically paid if you pay with credit card !! paid $34.00 total for the horrible service I received, the guy working as cashier he's ? no friendly at all, he's giving bad customers service there were a lady cleaning the coffee area , She didn't even look at my face or even say hello!! Bad customer service, expensive place to have that bad service ???????

As avid fans of MML restaurants, we were excited to try Louis Swiss Bakery while in Aspen. With some time before our flight, we dropped off our luggage and took a stroll over.
First, I must commend the pastries this shop delivers to Swedish Hill; they are absolutely perfect. However, this review is focused solely on our lunch experience at Louis Swiss Bakery.
I ordered the Turkey Salami sandwich, while my wife opted for a turkey sandwich. Unfortunately, both were quite bland and did not leave a good impression. It was disappointing, especially considering our high expectations.
While I'm confident that Louis Swiss Bakery has some great offerings, our lunch didn't reflect that. I'm not sure if we'll return, and I definitely won’t be ordering another sandwich.

I just returned from Nice and have been on a mission to find a Pain au chocolat (chocolate croissant) that is even a margin as fluffy as the bakeries there. The chocolate croissant from this spot delivered! I was impressed with the flaky layers — these are hard to achieve and many American bakeries don’t get it right.
P.S. crumbs are part of the experience and signal a good croissant

MML takes over, raises prices, and STOPS SELLING DONUTS?!?!? I’ve been getting donuts from Louis Swiss my entire life. From childhood to adulthood. Another Aspen icon gutted by corporate greed (and don’t forget, MML is from Texas).
Go ahead and change the name already.
