I NEVER miss an opportunity to stop here anytime I’m in Aspen. Freshly baked goods without Sky-high Aspen pricing. Quite a few employees have been there for years, which should tell you it’s the real deal.

Amazing spot! Best sourdough, best chocolate chip cookies and best service in town. Always so lovely coming in and seeing the kind faces :-)

Food is amazing!!! A bit over priced for the amount of food you get but they certainly serve an authentic cuban sandwich. The sauces are exquisite too.

A real bakery. Excellent fresh bread & pastries made on site!!! Good selection.
Service is just OK. Not enough ppl at the order counter to help & the employee didn't listen to the order correctly, so we wound up with sweet croissants instead of plain.
Feta/Spinach croissant was superb!

Terribly understaffed in the morning. I didn't even order because I waited in line forever and no one was being served because the one person at the counter was spending all their time restocking everything. Woul
d have been happy to try the place but since no one was being served I just left instead of wasting my time. There were plenty of other people working there but nobody at the counter at 6:30 in the morning. Plenty of people in line.

Ridiculously overpriced. My moka coffee was nothing to be proud of, not even hot. Pastries where ok, burrito was fine.
Service was not good. Latin music was loud. It was def not worth $50 for 3 drinks, 2 pastries and a burrito!!! try somewhere else

Bought two ham and cheese croissants. They were really tasty and filling. The lady ringing us up seemed a bit confused but the food quality made up for it. Overall I'm really impressed.

I have dreams about this place because it’s easily the best bakery in Aspen, they also have their bakery items available at the Aspen Saturday market and on the rooftop of Swedish hill cafe. But this location is perfect if you want to get a quick breakfast before heading into town. The cookies are really good but my favorite things to order are the chicken pesto empanadas and the cherry danishes… wowwwweeeeeee
