Went to Sumo dog and ordered 2 hotdogs and 2 orders of tots.
The hotdogs were like jerky and could have been a couple days old, wing reheated or maybe just heated for a long time. The tots were cold when received at the counter like they’re been sitting for awhile.
Very disappointed in the food and price paid, even at the community prices. Won’t be going back there for food on the mountain.

Went here with my family after Christmas for a dinner we were very excited about. It has the potential to be what we wanted it to be, but honestly we all left disappointed. Atmosphere is unreal. But service was very lacking. No water when we needed it, we couldn’t get our drinks, and the servers were not the friendliest. I had to box my own food. For a meal priced at $300 per head, that is ridiculous. The food was also cold. Of the 5 courses, the potato and steak were room temperature. For this price, I would highly suggest The Cabin steps up their game. I’d love for families to have the experience that we were hoping to have. I think if they focused on making sure the food was warm, higher quality and upbeat service, and little touches here and there they would really Benefit. Very disappointed.

The staff at the entrance of the restaurant need to be more respectful and unbiased.

I've been coming here for years when it was Lynn Britt Cabin, always great food and service.
But since it's change management, our experience was awful.
Seated 20 mins late, soup served cold, after 1.25 hours, no food!
They zeroed out our bill, but not what we wanted...we brought guests....embarrassing.
We left, no lunch...i won't be back!
The better deal is to order a hot dog at the kiosk!
Shame on SkiCo for ruining a good experience!

We paid over $220 per person (not including booze) for three of us to take the snow cat to dinner at the Cabin. NOT WORTH IT. Experience is very rushed on account of everyone having to be seated before the dinner service will start, which then means everyone’s meals come out at the same time. Our food came out cold and at least 15 minutes after others. The service was incredibly poor, so you can’t order additional drinks after your initial order. At the end of the meal you cannot linger and try to enjoy a glass of wine, as you are rushed out to catch the snowcat with everyone else. We were asked to leave with our deserts still on the table. 100% would not recommend this.

The food and atmosphere was impeccable! The burger, short rib and halibut was to die for!! Making s’mores by the fire to finish it off was the perfect ending to an amazing meal! The chef came to our table with the most amazing seafood tower! Can’t wait to make it a yearly lunch for our trips!

We’ve been coming to SM for a decade and always make it a point to come to the Lynn Britt Cabin but alas, can’t say we would return. What a disappointing redo. Walked into the restaurant and it stunk of sewage. Host apologized and told us it was on and off constantly since the renovation.

So they graciously offered to seat us in the tent.

We were shocked by the new menu. Much more limited, favorites gone and now a totally obnoxious price fix menu. Makes no sense.

The charm is gone, the great food is gone and the prices are up. They’ve lost the plot!

No longer a destination for us. We once loved this restaurant but change has not been positive. Menu is limited and pricey. Quality is mediocre although serving size is appropriate. Staff is friendly especially Santiago and Tom at the entrance. Ambience outside is tacky. Once a quaint mid-mountain restaurant now looks like a trailer park with a hotdog stand and more. They also push tip fatigue to the limits. We left a generous 20% gratitude and when the final receipt arrived, there was a printed suggestion that we leave even more money. What ever happened to class?

The Cabin isn’t the same without the burger, and everyone in Snowmass and Aspen seems to agree — even the staff. We visited twice during our trip. The restaurant menu was disappointing, but the hot dog stand outside was a great quick option with beautiful views and a cozy firepit. The remodel looks amazing, and the atmosphere is great, but without the iconic burger, it just doesn’t feel the same. I’d love to see it come back, or we likely won’t return.

Everyone raves about this place but it's completely generic food for a hundred bucks a person. It's fun to sit out on the deck chairs for beer and live DJ though. Right at the bottom of the NASTAR course.

Excellent food (with the exception of a disappointing Apple Strudel) and nice atmosphere. Unfortunatel,y our waitress was inexperienced and unable to provide the level of experience we expected.
