We dine at The Edge each time we visit Snowmass and we always love it! We always enjoy the Weiner Schnitzel, and they always select the perfect wine to accompany our dinner. They do their best to seat us in their most quiet spot, and they are 100% attentive. We seriously recommend The Edge!
The potato pancakes are delicious and the schweinshank is huge and delicious. We have come back the last two years and the core group who run that restaurant are wonderful and we always have great service.

Service was quick and polite. Classy yet casual atmosphere, good for a date or family affair! German inspired menu with fondue and international classics. From excellent German to steak and seafood this place should be able to make anyone happy!
