Service was quick and polite. Classy yet casual atmosphere, good for a date or family affair! German inspired menu with fondue and international classics. From excellent German to steak and seafood this place should be able to make anyone happy! We started with some adult beverages and worked our way from the house served pretzel rolls directly into apps. Escargot in a garlic butter and mushroom sauce and delicious bittersweet jam topped potato pancakes that were like lightly crisped mash potatoes . Both were on point and came out quickly . Followed by Weiner schnitzel, we tried both the pork and the chicken not that we had room. Both were excellent. Presentation of all dishes was lovely, you can taste the love and care put into these dishes. I will be back. Side post: conveniently forgot my card here and had to come back.... For seconds! Service still abounded, they went above and beyond for us! Chicken schnitzel was the clear winner ! Mussels and potato pancakes with jelly on the side for crispness. Meal was fabulous, again! We dine at The Edge each time we visit Snowmass and we always love it! We always enjoy the Weiner Schnitzel, and they always select the perfect wine to accompany our dinner. They do their best to seat us in their most quiet spot, and they are 100% attentive. We seriously recommend The Edge!

The potato pancakes are delicious and the schweinshank is huge and delicious. We have come back the last two years and the core group who run that restaurant are wonderful and we always have great service.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Edge restaurant in Snowmass, and I was thoroughly impressed! The food was exceptional, with the snitzel and onion soup being absolute must-tries. But what really made our experience stand out was the wonderful and friendly staff - a bit shoutout to Maria! They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. Plus, the prices were very reasonable, making it a great option for a fast and budget-friendly meal in Snowmass. I highly recommend The Edge for a delicious and satisfying dining experience!

THEY CHARGE A KITCHEN FEE! It is not even mentioned on the menu, just shows up on your bill. I don't patronize restaurants that add these fees. It is not the money, it sneaky to add charges at the end of the meal. If you need to just raise prices. Food was very good. Had the potato pancakes, goulash, wiener schnitzel and red deer, all delicious. Unfortunately I will not return.
