French Restaurant is in the lobby of the Mollie , nice vibe, service was great from the hostess to the waitress and the manager. I spend about a month a year in Paris and know French food. Petit Trois is a brand new spot as of December 2025 - becoming the new restaurant inside the mollie. So when you’re looking at reviews, note that a lot of the comments were for the previous hotel restaurant.

The service was fine, nothing special — just okay. The appetizers were tasty, but there were no main dishes, probably because it’s not the season yet. The coffee was good, and the atmosphere inside was very pleasant.
