I ordered take out of the chix parm on a Sunday afternoon and ordered a beer while I waited. It has an upscale sports bar vibe, but with BIG video games for kids and adults alike. My order took longer than the 15 minutes I was told when I ordered( closer to 25) but the server apologized and comped my beer AND offered another. I will be back. Food was fantastic.
Kid-friendliness: There was a number of big I tera tine video games like Ninja Turtles, zombie shooter, and racing games

I was literally poisoned at this place. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. Within 3 hours I was violently puking. Then for the rest of the night. Puking every hour like 5-6 times. I don’t know what they do there, but I find it hard to believe I am the only one. Here I am 3 days later still messed up inside my body. This was no sickness. Maybe they reuse things over and over again, and don’t get rid of the leftovers I don’t know. If you call it goes to an unmonitored mailbox. I ate half the pizza in the establishment and took the other half with me. I would never eat here ever, ever again.

We've been getting takeout pizza from Rynos since they opened but lately the quality of pizza has gone downhill. The pizza we got last night was cold with rubbery crust and definitely not worth 40$...a frozen pizza from city market would've been better quality.

Paid full price for the last flat beer in the keg, waiter joked “I knew that was gonna Happen” and still handed it to me. wasn’t given any plates for the pizza, no offers for ranch, and the screaming kids at the arcade was a nice added touch. I guess if the service and food is self serve you might as well add an arcade to entertain yourself. Also the cheese dip for the fries is an awful combo🤣 best part was the hand cut fries.

Not good option. The pizza dough lacked salt. The cheese was very low quality... there was a lot of fat on the pizza. The chips and dips... guacamole was old in taste and color. Or at least not even from today.

Good food and really good service, make this downtown Basalt eatery a nice choice.
Dietary restrictions: We had someone in our party who is allergic to all nuts, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. Our server and the kitchen made sure that person's meal was safe. It was great!
Kid-friendliness: YES!! They have arcade style games which are great for the whole Family.

I just left your place and your bartender, who never attended to our table, walked out of the place and yelled at us that we supposedly didn't leave a tip, to which we asked him to please check. After he made a big fuss about us on the street, he checked to see if we left anything. My husband was not happy with this shameful act and came back and left more money. I don't understand what kind of place this is or what the pay is or how much they really need tips to be left. I for one will never go back and will never recommend them again as we have always followed them since they are in Aspen.

I am there every day more than management knows who I am. . They only have one person running food for their tables….. which means nobody else will run food for any other tables. Do theynot know how to staff a restaurant . They will walk by your food. You will see it sit on the expedite counter for 20 min.There staff is trained to only looks at their tables and will not assist with a things outside there station. . They will not acknowledge anybody else’s to go orders when they’re not a bartender and have been told by owners to do this , your main bartender is uhhh sorta decent, they had another but the owners don’t like Latinos

Great spot for lunch. Supreme pizza was just right with a crunchy crust, fresh ingredients and a perfect cheesy bite in each slice. Jumbo chicken wings were meaty, double fried and crunchy. The wings house sauce had a touch of sweetness and the buffalo sauce was a bit thick compared to the watered down sauce elsewhere. Both good choices for your chicken wings. Google recommended the pizza spot down the way but after a quick look we opted for the pub atmosphere at Ryno's. It did not disappoint. Also service was on top of their game.
