I know sometimes Joseph cooks for celebrities and I can see why. Joseph’s food is so delicious and exquisite, and he seems to know how to do everything or figures it out in some creative way! Chef Joseph is a delightful chef. I recommended him to a highly discerning client and he met every expectation with his unique and flavorful recipes. He is also very flexible to adjust menus according to taste. Each family member had different requirements and he was able to meet every single variation on the same table. absolutely amazing! Dennis cooked for us at an event and made sure our bellies were filled the entire time. Every possible option was on the table so that everyone could find something for their personal diet. The food tasted phenomenal!! He made the joke that it doesn't compare to "mom's homemade food" yes because it literally is off the scale. Rarely have I tasted food this delicious! Besides the amazing food he also made sure everyone is having a good time and created an incredible atmosphere 100/10 recommended.

Joseph is the most amazing cook that my family has had the pleasure of experiencing. His food is so full of life and creative. He is professional, a joy to talk to and invites questions about the dishes he is preparing. His cooking has opened me up to expand my palate. It like an adventure in my mouth!
