Visiting Aspen and was looking for a restaurant with good food. During my walk, I spotted a lady with a “Su Casa Mexican Taqueria” and decided to investigate. I was pleasantly surprised at how good and fresh the food was. The place is beautiful and the service was good. I had to go back the next day to try a new dish, I was not disappointed. Will return on my next visit to Aspen.

Food is very very mediocre and not authentic. Service is not bad but not very good either. No one in my party of 5 liked any of the menu items that they ordered .

This is a great spot for Mexican food! The salsa is delicious and the chips were warm and fresh. Excellent chicken quesadilla! Quick and friendly service!!!! Definitely recommend this place and will plan to come again.

Stopped in a few days ago. Had a cozy table for 2 in the corner, ordered a couple margaritas and lunch. The mexi bowl was excellent with fresh veggies and chicken. My husband had shrimp and loved it. Drinks were very good and were not watered down at all. Will definitely return when we come back to Aspen.

Driving through Aspen we decided to search for local restaurants. One of the Mexican restaurants that popped up was this one. Once you learn to navigate the streets and find parking.Walk down from street level to enter the restaurant on the left. There's also outdoor seating in a small concrete courtyard. The place was pretty dead, but it was a Sunday afternoon. There was only one table occupied when we arrived. They were quick to take our order and get us seated. You get chips and salsa with your meal. They were out right away. The chips are good. I've been places where the chips are stale or too hard, but not here. The salsa tastes like tomato paste, so it could be better. In fact, we were kind of over it, so we ordered the queso green Chile to go with the chips. It was good, but not great. Would I order it again? I think I would. Our food came out rather quickly after we ordered. I ordered the big lunch burrito with chicken, rice and black beans. It comes with a side of green Verde sauce. It was good and healthy, which is what I was looking for.The couple next to us came in maybe 5 minutes after us and got their fajitas in half that time after we received ours, so they were super quick there.Refills could have been faster on our drinks. We went through half our meal without refills and needed refills at the start of the meal. I was a bit disappointed considering they weren't super busy and I tip based on fast my ordered drink is refilled. We then ordered soppapillas. They were more like soppapilla chips with ice cream and like a Carmel sauce. It was good.We paid and headed out.Overall - would I come back? Probably not.

I was with a group of 8, The place was fine but the food took more than 1 hour. They served all the other parties even when they came after, the restaurant was about to close and we were still waiting. If you are patient and not that hungry then you’ll be fine.

We had a great meal here on our last night in Aspen! Food was fresh, delicious and generous amount! Had Jicama for the first time! Had the special order margarita vs house pre mixed and it was made with fresh lime juice! Delicious!

What a treat! Warm, friendly and attentive service paired with fantastic food and drinks! Everything was fresh and delicious! It’s on the lower level but don’t let that scare you!

Went to Su Casa because we could get in right away. I ordered 2 carne asada tacos. They were small, so glad I got two. After downing half a basket of chips, that was the right amount for me. When it came out, it was just meat and a few onions. Somehow I was expecting more on it, but it was delicious! I scarfed up both tacos and then pecked up every speck of meat on my plate. The tacos were a bit flimsy, so would have liked double tortillas and an extra one to scoop up the meat that dropped onto my plate. I hear the other people I was with liked their meals too, but I was too focused on eating my tacos to notice much. Friendly service, no wait, and yummy tacos.

My one star for the outside patio seating area and to our host who was kind for us to clean the table and give us a seat and the other for the being the only budget friendly joint in Aspen downtown. The fish taco and shrimp fajita was really below average. If you're planning to spend $50 for two I rather spend an extra $15 and visit some other place.

The food was exceptional. A really awesome place to chill, have a drink and eat authentic Mexican food. Try their Su Burrito, it's incredible.
