Disappointing. Food was bland, which is the opposite of what Mexican-type food should be. Tacos were tolerable, but enchiladas were tasteless. Service was fine. Need to spice it up!!
I walked up to the counter to order and I asked for the omelette & coffee. The young lady just walked away & walked outside. A few minutes later she walked in with a young man following her. Taco Pina is decent or mediocre for Mexican fast food. The tacos are the best tasting imo but at $7-8/ea for a “street” taco that’s 2x pricing everywhere else. We get takeout burritos and the bill will be $50 for 2 burritos out the door. Or $9 for a small portion of chips & salsa, buy it yourself at Clark’s! Aspen is expensive - labor, rent, etc. I’d be happy to pay the price for excellent food.
