A Delightful Dining Experience!
I had a wonderful evening at this restaurant! From the moment I arrived, the wheelchair-accessible entrance and facilities made it easy for everyone in our group to feel welcome and comfortable. The outdoor seating was perfect, and the cozy, trendy atmosphere set the tone for a relaxing night out.
The cocktails were amazing, and there’s a great selection of wine, beer, and spirits to choose from. We came for dinner, and the vegetarian options were just as delicious as the rest of the menu. Don’t skip the dessert—absolutely worth it!
With a fireplace, bar on-site, and a family-friendly vibe, this spot is great for groups or tourists looking for a top-notch dining experience. The staff was friendly, the restrooms were clean, and making a reservation was easy. Plus, they accept all major payment methods, including mobile payments!
Highly recommended—whether you're stopping in for a casual night or a special evening out.

Updating review, the snow lodge resteraunt is separate from the Jade room, but associated.
The Jade Room was awful.
Never get tickets to see a show here. It’s a tent, not a venue, and felt oversold when people just push and shove with no respect, and someone threatened to stab me in the neck and after bouncer didn’t help. We left and had a better night at Buck.
We will never, ever, be back… what a shame.

Extremely weird vibes, condescending staff, aggressive valet that skidded our car — just extremely weird, I cannot even describe how unprofessional and jarring everyone was.

Extremely rude staff, you sit on top of other tables such that you can’t even get up, and they tried to charge us $6,600 but the bill was only $3,300. It’s honestly a disgraceful spot, and doing business this way only works for them because it’s a place for Instagram celebrities. If you actually enjoy luxury, and being properly waited on for spending $300’per person on dinner then avoid this place at all costs.

We arrive on time for a 9pm Sunday reservation only to find that we were 1 of 2 tables in the restaurant, first bad sign. Second - there was no live music as advertised. The food was mediocre at best. Despite being one of the only parties in the restaurant the host “forgot” to check us in and I was promptly charged a $225 no show fee the next day. The process for getting this fixed was so frustrating as no one ever answers the phone at the snow lodge and Resy has you contact the restaurant directly. 2 weeks later it still has not been resolved and I still have not received a call back - unacceptable and such a bad look on The St. Regis to have such a poorly run restaurant on property.

We visited the Supper Club for dinner on a Sunday with a reservation for 9 PM. We arrived on time and were immediately greeted—if you can call it that—by a rude bald man who didn’t even bother to make eye contact, as if we were inconveniencing him by being there.
Once seated, we noticed the music playing and people hanging out by the bar, creating a lively atmosphere. However, our experience quickly soured when the waiter approached us and bluntly said, “Just so you know, we’re closing early and the kitchen is about to close.” This was despite their advertised closing time being 11 PM. The lack of hospitality and overall rudeness made us feel like we were an unwanted burden.
While this place might be decent for après-ski, that’s about the only redeeming quality. Given how poorly the restaurant is being managed, I’d give it 1–2 years max before it shuts down.

New York steak was absolutely AMAZING!! Recommend the peppercorn sauce and brocolini....The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars, is the music at 7:30pm on a Sunday night was so loud, we had trouble having conversations. I can understand turning it up at 9pm, but I think it's holding the restaurant back from being much busier. We will definitely come back when the piano player is there.

The place is very beautiful and good atmosphere, but the waiters are extremely unpleasant, as if they didn't like to be doing the work, I didn't receive a single smile from them, besides I missed something simple and had a considerable delay, and when I asked for the bill it took a long time to bring it too, unfortunately I had a terrible experience

This place is a overpriced, wannabe Aspen hyped-up “Citidiot Hamptons” hangout. Why did they even follow and go to Aspen anyway..? So sad. Don’t bother going here. I won’t the next time I am in town.
