Cute coffee shop in downtown Aspen. Lots of space in and outside and has wifi. Latte was really decent and about $13. Food menu was pretty limited but what we got ended up being good. Looks like they make their own chips.

Huge thanks to Glen today! My husband and I were just trying to enjoy our favorite breakfast at unravel when a woman at the bar started hurling insults at us. embarrassing her companion and making nasty remarks to the staff—clearly for us to hear. ….Fortunately, Glen was extremely professional and gracious while handling this incident.

I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience at this place. While we watched other customers receive beautifully crafted drinks, ours were made with little effort—milk hastily poured into the espresso with no attention to detail.
Experiencing this kind of dismissive service has been incredibly rare for us, which made it even more shocking. Aspen has always felt like a welcoming place, but this left a bitter taste. While the coffee itself was OK, the lack of care in service completely overshadowed it.
I truly hope management ensures that every customer receives the same level of respect and attention moving forward.

My gf got a cappuccino with totally overheated, broken foam, low quality. I asked her to get the nitro cold brew for me and it was served over ice. That's ICED coffee, not cold brew. The ice destroys the nitro even more quickly. These people clearly don't understand coffee at all. Avoid.

The drip coffee was lukewarm and the espresso shots were sitting on the counter ready-made, resulting in a lukewarm Americano. Got a ham and cheese croissant with an overwhelming amount of ham and cheese making it inedible. Overpriced.

Unravel is hands down the best place to get coffee in town. Constantly a warm welcoming environment made so by the staff. Particularly Julio Lucy and Alfonzo.
