I ordered mimosa with champagne and the server brought mimosa with prosecco. My omelette arrived cold. They corrected the mimosa and brought me a new omelette that was fresh. Service could have been better and no adjustment to the bill was offered.
Our Christmas Day brunch was extraordinary! We don't usually like buffets, but this was the exception-the food was fresh, healthy, and abundant in choices. The service was outstanding! Thanks to the servers who offered such courteous, quick, amazing service on Christmas Day to create such special memories. We are already looking forward to Christmas 2025!
Yes, service, the staff person for our table ( fmly of 6) was NOT responsible for the fact that the 4 entrees were immediately reduced to three ( I ordered lamb, sorry! no lamb), informed us that this kitchen had to serve three restaurants so even though Velvet Buck was NOT that crowded when we were seated ( res for 7 pm) well, we waited and waited and waited for drinks, food! To be clear, once again, our staff person apologized constantly, they comped us for ADDITIONAL drinks...
