Lawson was my bartender, awesome guy. Beautiful restaurant and the food is exceptional. Wouldn’t expect anything less from a Hillstone Group spot. Get the French dip and fries.

Don’t miss the experience of this place, the vibe, the music, the friendly staff and alpine cottage vibe- perfectly curated. Thanks for the great experience always. So fast and responsive. Professionals. The GM is delightful.

Food was delicious.
Service was perfect. They accommodated my son's celiac disease. No gluten free bread, but the fries were gluten free. Only wish they had GF bread!!
The fish sandwich and carnitas sandwich were delicious.

Hands down best restaurant in Aspen. It's perfect everytime and never disappoints. The french dip here is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had the pleasure of eating.

Absolute idiots lost their reservation. Had to wait another hour and then still couldn’t get in places is not worth it. I recommend going anywhere else.

We came in for drinks and sat at the bar; Paige the bartender was great—friendly, attentive, caring. Ended up ordering a few snacks to try, which included the Brussel sprouts. They ended up being not too pleasing for us, so we put them to the side. Paige picked them up and questioned us as to why, and we responded, “they’re honestly disgusting, I’m sorry.” She didn’t say anything, just took them. Unprovoked, she kindly asked the manager on duty, a female long black hair, to comp them and the manager’s response was, “well I like them.” Another male server response was, “Brussels sprouts are one of the most over-rated vegetables.” The side dish ended up being comped.

Having worked in the service industry, the take away is, this is not the behavior I would expect from a manager.

Steamed Brussel sprouts belong in a hospital, not in ASPEN. There’s nothing southern about steamed Brussel Sprouts.

PS: Paige, you’re a great bartender.

A previous reviewer indicated a number of gluten free options. I didn't find that to be the case. The GF burger option was to wrap in lettuce vs. A GF bun. My wife who is not GF enjoyed her meal and loved the croutons on her salad. Nice atmosphere.
