Loved coming here for their football menu. As a local, it can be hard to find places that truly cater to the community, so this offering was really appreciated. Unfortunately, we later learned the menu is discontinued during “peak season” (November–?), which was never communicated. When we called to ask if it was returning, the front staff didn’t seem aware of the offering at all, which was a bit frustrating.

Relaxing and upscale atmosphere. Food was good but definitely at aspen prices. This would be a good date spot. It looked more lively in the evening, it was very quiet while we were there

Visiting from Vegas, this crew was 10/10 service. Great food but even better bar service! The bar was attentive and friendly. We will be back! Jessie, John and the whole team was personable and efficient. Paula was so sweet we will be back and Send our friends as well!

This place is the best - definitely our fave in Aspen. Awesome service, not pretentious and hands-down best pizza we’ve had. Really great vibe and don’t really want to go anywhere else in Aspen!

We had high hopes. But our experience was average at best. Service was not even close to ok. Our soup did not even come with a soup spoon. Our water never showed up. The coke(soda) was flat. Our burger was ok. But it felt like eating a Big Mac. On the small side and randomly constructed. We ordered a pizza that never came. We asked three times. After asking a third time, 15 minutes after we had finished our burger and soup our waiter informed us the pizza cook had left and no one knew where he or the manager went. I felt bad for our waiter. But why did it take that long to tell us is it was never coming? At least he did not charge us for it but I would have expected a free coffee or flat Coke out of sympathy. But no. Overall pretty disappointed. Had high hopes. Was just very average food. Not bad. Just average…

I came to this place with my family on a Saturday night. You would think they would be open for taking you in and serve you dinner. I called them at 8:30 and they said kitchen is open till 9pm which was fair. We got there at 8:50pm and the hostess looked over to someone who looked like the shift manager and she said “sorry the kitchen is closed”. I did not feel like arguing so we just decided to have some pizzas and drinks. That was a big mistake. I ordered what looked like a calzone (pizza that is wrapped) and it was the saltiest dish I’ve tried. Again we were trying to be mindful and too nice but I think we just went too far for being too nice. I then ordered the other pizza and it was honestly quite mediocre.
The waiter was really nice and that’s why I’m giving it 1 star 🌟 otherwise it would be zero for us. They weren’t even willing to provide salad. Come on! You can’t even make salad in your kitchen? That was just ridiculous. And believe it or not, we had amazing food in every other restaurant we tried in Aspen so this was certainly a one off. My suggestion to the management team is to be honest about your the last call from your kitchen. If you close at 10pm and your kitchen runs till 9pm, you ought to be able to take orders till 9pm. Otherwise, be upfront and shot down kitchen at 8:30pm.
Quite disappointed and not even sure if I would ever want to give this place a try.

I had the Caesar salad and the Cavatelli. Nice portion size. Enough to fill up. Tastes great. Excited to return and try something else. See you soon!

I was really disappointed with Zig Zag. The food was overpriced for the quality – my dish lacked flavor and came out lukewarm. The atmosphere also felt chaotic rather than cozy, which was not what I expected in Aspen. Definitely not worth the hype, and I wouldn’t go back.

A must when in Aspen. Not only do they have the best Pizza, they have the best variety of food from breakfast-brunch to lunch and dinner. You can’t miss with anything on the menu. To top it off, they have the best staff. Big shout out to Paula, Jonathan, and Val.
