I want Management and Owners to know that Juan (the Gentleman with the glasses) that I see working every time I patron via the Drive Thru always takes great care of us! He ensures that my order is accurate and also ensures the younger co-workers are able to perform their tasks. He is such a valuable asset, and I am glad every time I get to see him. You guys rule!
The burger patty was dry. The fries were cold. I love BK but this meal was a miss.
