Staff is rude - they make a mistake and then try to shame the customer for their staff members rude response to their poorly made food.
You are serving up ice milk, and not the traditional ice "CREAM" that Dairy Queen is known for. We are very disappointed in this Dairy Queen.
The server made the malt wrong, when she made it correct it was only 3/4 full. Including the whip cream. The nicer server, the thinner server, asked the original server to remake it. She did and then slammed it down in front of us. Saying if you don’t like it , she can remake it, and walked into the back. When we asked for the servers name, the original server came back out bumped the nice server, and said “she doesn’t have to know my name”. Here is the last large malt...read full review
