“Forest Coffee Shop – A Hidden Gem for Chai Lovers

As a self-proclaimed chai connoisseur, I’m always on the hunt for the perfect cup — and I can confidently say Forest Coffee serves the best chai on the Front Range. Seriously. It's bold, seasoned perfectly, not too sweet, and full of layered spice that lingers in the best way. You can tell they take their time with it — none of that syrupy shortcut nonsense here.

Their matcha is also incredibly smooth and earthy, with just the right touch of creaminess. A rare find to have both an exceptional chai and matcha under one roof.

The vibe? Cozy, welcoming, and effortlessly cool — the kind of place where you could settle in with a book or catch up with a friend for hours. Staff are friendly without being overbearing, and the attention to quality shows in everything they serve.

Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates a thoughtfully crafted drink. Forest is my new go-to.“

“Excellent service. the choice of food will make everything right, if you want to try real oriental cuisine then go to this place. you can try pilaf, samsa, and other delicious products that you will not find anywhere except this place ?‍↔️ I always shop here to have a delicious meal for my family and guests.“

“The big buns are great - we had meat (pork), kimchi, and veggie options and everything was delicious. I'd suggest paying in cash, if you're able. Also, the woman working there doesn't speak much English, so she will ask you to use the machine to order. If you have questions, it's best to ask them here. The food is good, so you can't really go wrong. Sriracha wasn't included in our take-out bag automatically but I believe they have some there.“

“I only work one day a week in this building and I always get my breakfast and lunch from this Deli. A muffin in the morning and one of their yummy options for lunch. The couple running this, adorable, shop are always a delight, beautiful smiling faces and the best customer service. They go above and beyond every time I stop in. One, they will usually take my lunch order when I come in for breakfast and prepare it for an easy pick up at 12p. Two, today when my meeting ran long and I didn't get to pick up my lunch until 1230p, they offered to REMAKE my food if it was cold. I was the person running behind schedule, they were already going out of their way to make my food ahead of time for my days efficiency, and they still offered to remake me fresh food. There was no reason for them to offer that, but they did. They are so kind and genuine. If you're in the area or work in the building, I highly recommend this Deli. Not only for their delicious and affordable food, but for the incredible people showing up everyday to provide it.

“I love classic sandwiches where you can actually SEE the meat being sliced, and this place serves exactly that. I ordered a rueben sandwich and a pastrami. Delicious!! They close at 2pm because the deli guy said it’s an industrial area. He said I can place orders before 2pm and they will save it for me to pick up later, such a nice person.“

“Cafe one has the best lunch specials, sandwiches, and soups in the DTC. Try their breakfast burritos and egg sandwiches for breakfast. Open for breakfast and lunch daily during the week. On the third floor of the parking garage in One DTC. Delicious!“
