“12/10. A must try if you’re in Denver. We were here for a week visiting from out of state and ate at this particular location three times between breakfast and lunch. Incredible sandwiches and market selections, plus extremely hospitable/welcoming crew. The wagyu steak sandwich and house made pickles were some of our favorite items. “What a gem ! Fabulous polish sausage , kielbasa and breads . Good slwcwriin or other polish treats . Our fav are country sausage and beer sausage . Ladies that work there are very friendly and patient as I pick out all my foods. I’m go for all my holiday food needs .“

“I ordered Smiling Moose Deli for our security team because they were having a Saturday morning meeting. I came back on Monday to rave reviews! The order was correct and they were very thoughtful about preparing it. They accommodated a vegetarian on staff. Delivered promptly. But the biggest point I heard from the team was DELICIOUS. One meeting participant said, "it's the real deal". We ordered through EZ Cater.“

They close at 2pm because the deli guy said it’s an industrial area. He said I can place orders before 2pm and they will save it for me to pick up later, such a nice person.“

edit: i reviewed this place 6 years ago and didn't really go into enough detail. This is the best sandwhich place, IN THE WORLD. Every bite you are transported to a perfectly balanced sandwhich heaven. The workers are at the very top of their field. I came in once and got a sandwhich with a substitution, and i came in like 6 months later and the dude remembered my substitution from last time. This place is unworldly.“
