Stopped in for a breakfast burrito. The meat of the day was chorizo, which blended into the burrito without overpowering the green chile, eggs, and hash. House hot sauce was an arbol base with a surprising amount of spiciness. It's worth getting a breakfast burrito if only as a vehicle for enjoying the hot sauce. One of the best breakfast burritos in Denver/Boulder, they rotate the meat options daily, the braised beef and carnitas burritos are AMAZING. They are pre-made so it's super quick and you don't have to wait long at all. The house made hot sauce is fire

Amazing addition to the neighborhood. The staff is so incredibly kind and genuine and you can see and taste their attention to detail. Went for a breakfast burrito, had a cookie, fresh OJ and coffee. Small number of tables inside but they made the most of the space. I’ll be back this weekend. Super excited to have them off Tennyson!
