I came here on a Monday night with a friend and it was such a treat! I got the tin cup whisky with pistachio brittle ice cream on the employees reccomendation. It was delicious. Great depth of flavor, diverse textures, and delicious. The ambiance was lovely with these cool stone tables and fun decor. They also had a Colorado pride flag which was super cute and I have never seen before.
Jimi can't resist a waffle cone. And he always makes a mess. It gets all over my hands, my beard, my nose somehow. When will Jimi learn? The answer is never. When will he stop alternating between first and third person? The answer to that is also never. 5 stars

This place has small town vibes with big town creativity! The staff are lovely and food is delicious. We ate dessert here after dinner down the street. I highly recommend getting the flight because everything we tried was delicious ?
