“Always a wonderful experience at Dillon’s! We finally were able to get the kids here and we had a blast sharing our favorite dumplings and location with them. As always, the place was clean, very inviting, calm, and enjoyable. The staff is always so pleasant and we love supporting small businesses. We had a wonderful dinner and tried many options. The soup dumplings as fabulous. The steamed and panfried buns were wonderful. And the kids loved the chicken lo mein!

“Love the food here! The mini buns were yummy especially their Xiao Long Soup Buns, also love their specialty beef soup noodles. You know the food is great when it is packed with people - fun atmosphere with their bar and drinks!“

“First time here and when I walked in I was blown away it is so clean, cozy, and pretty. The waitress was so nice and always there to assist you. Now the food was absolutely amazing ! I got shrimp chow mein, chick egg rolls, and there wontons and every bite was amazing. So flavorful and fresh. I definitely recommend this place.“

“Generally speaking the food is consistent. House made dumplings and noodles can’t be compared. I should have written something years ago about how great they are. They have another location in Washington Park but I haven’t visited. Overall my family and friends have coming over the years and we are just astonished. It used to be a space where restaurants kept on changing and FWTT has become a staple in Cherry Creek. I hope the community realizes this hidden gem for what it is. Great food, incredible wine and maybe one of the best patios in the area. Pork dumplings and the duck noodles are my go to with a spritz on the patio.“

“Ping was extremely attentive and kind. And the food was phenomenal! So many people came in while we were there, and they were greeted by name, or the staff saying it was great to see the customers again. It truly felt like a warm, welcoming neighborhood restaurant. This was our first time visiting, but certainly won’t be the last.“

“Brian may not be the name of someone you would think of for but maybe it should. In my admittedly limited experience with dumplings, I've scarcely had better than this.
We had the scallion pancakes, xialongbao sampler, orange chicken and cartoon bao.
The scallion pancakes were everything I wanted them to be. Flavorful, flaky but chewy.
All xiaolongbao have pork, I found the soup in the standard ones to have a mild, almost distant flavor of anise and five spice, where the pork mixture is very gyoza reminiscent with ginger and scallion.
The cheese have a fairly American flavor, like the best version of a cheeseburger soup.
The kimchi were potently of kimchi fermentation and gochujang.
Spinach were by far the mildest, still good but almost just flavor of unsalted pork and a bit of spinach flavor, admittedly it would be difficult to get spinach to actually show its colors in competition with that pork.
I was mildly disappointed personally in the crab because I didn't much enjoy the competition between the pork and the crab. It is potently crabby.
The I could not pick out for sure what mushroom is in the mushrooms but it was mild, maybe wood ear?
The Szechuan is legitimately somewhat spicy for someone as mild as me. Had none of the expected numbing.

Finally the cartoon bun is everything you want it to be.“
