“Loved my experience at the soft opening last week! I’ve been to the Highlands location as well; this location was great because there was hardly a wait without a reservation. The vibes are nice inside.Food was incredible - loved the traditional XLB, pork buns, thumblings, crab cheese Rangoon (maybe the best Rangoon I’ve had), and pork dumplings.The staff was friendly and attentive.“

“The Taiwanese popcorn chicken style sandwich was one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. It's very memorable and something I'll be craving. The XL Xiao long bao is one of the best in person or made from frozen at home. I've tried the frozen Szechuan eggplant dumplings and Hainan chicken dumplings when Yuan Wonton was a food truck and the best frozen dumplings you can get. That sauce though....Best dumplings in CO“

“The staff is lovely and they are very proud of their food. The setting is small, yet pleasant. I used to think it was the best dumplings in Denver. While my family enjoyed the meal, I cannot say I have any interest in returning. The noodle dish, while tasty, was totally lacking cabbage. It was noodles, a tiny amount of duck and maybe a tablespoon of cabbage. I like more crunch and flavor. At nearly $25, it was pricey as well. The dumplings were just ok to me and did not have a whole lot of flavor. We also got the fish special which none of us really loved. I did not find the food to be crave worthy or a value..“

“This restaurant is among the top Chinese restaurants in Denver. The food is very genuine, tasty, and flavorful. The décor brings you back to old Shanghai. The atmosphere is none but classy and reminiscent. If you are unfamiliar with them, ask for the Chinese menu or ask the wait staff to assist you. For starters, try their scallion pancakes. The pancakes are freshly made and very crispy and flavorful. Their hot and sour soup is perfectly balanced, and the portion is very generous. Also try their wanton in chili oil. This is a very traditional Chinese dish. If you like spicy food, you won’t be disappointed. The chili pepper fish is another great dish to try. It’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
