The Taiwanese popcorn chicken style sandwich was one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. It's very memorable and something I'll be craving. The XL Xiao long bao is one of the best in person or made from frozen at home. I've tried the frozen Szechuan eggplant dumplings and Hainan chicken dumplings when Yuan Wonton was a food truck and the best frozen dumplings you can get. That sauce though....Best dumplings in CO
Went two days in a row because I had the opportunity with family. The food was spectacular both times. You can taste the careful consideration for the flavors, textures, heat profiles. All just wonderful. The staff the first day was my dad’s favor part, which really spoke volumes. The second day, a different woman waited in my wife and I and it was night and day.
