Incantation Brewing is an excellent brewery that offers a wide range of unique and delicious beers. Recently rebranded from Jade Mountain, the brewery features a new witchy theme with black walls and intriguing beer names like "Banshee" and "Potion." The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is lively with music, including metal nights and videos playing on screens. Trivia night on Thursdays at 7 PM remains a popular event. Customers enjoy beers like Ritual, a light and refreshing Mexican lager served with a lime wedge, a coffee vanilla and cinnamon blonde that has become a favorite, and a melon sour that is really delicious—especially if you like watermelon jolly ranchers. While many appreciate the good service and good selection of beers, some miss the old Jade Mountain vibe, which had a more relaxed atmosphere with music and tea. Prices vary, with some beers like the 10% stout 10oz pour costing around $10, and the brewery does not offer sampler options—only 10oz pours are available. Still, it is a recommended spot if in the area for those seeking a laid-back environment and good drinks.
