Our favorite Cheesesteak place is closed on Thursdays, so we tried this "restaurant". It IS inside of an I-Hop... all of them! There are no signs. If the food was amazing it could make up for the entire lack of a storefront. It's ONLY A BRAND of I-HOP and not even a good one. I feel taken advantage of by marketing once again and we will never be going back... not even on a Thursday.
I was initially confused when I was told to pick up my order inside the i-hop. But these cheesesteaks are delicious!It's very easy, and fast to pick up my order from the friendly ladies at the I-Hop and avoid delivery fees!-Tasty-Good Portions-Reasonable Price-Fast Service!-Convenient Pickup

I think you may have some dishonest people rating you. Perhaps competitors?
NMy sandwich was excellent. I am somewhat of a cheesesteak connosuoer and I loved this! Grilled bread. Tons of really good meat. 2 cheeses and grilled onions. It was nice and warm and honestly one of the best cheesesteaks...read full review
