I got the philly with mushroom and peppers. It was awesome.
First off. I don't know about the atmosphere. It was delivery. I hadn't checked the ratings until after I ordered. With the average rating under 2 I was nervous and expected bad food.
I think you may have some dishonest people rating you. Perhaps competitors?

Our favorite Cheesesteak place is closed on Thursdays, so we tried this "restaurant". It IS inside of an I-Hop... all of them! There are no signs. If the food was amazing it could make up for the entire lack of a storefront. It's ONLY A BRAND of I-HOP and not even a good one. I feel taken advantage of by marketing once again and we will never be going back... not even on a Thursday.
