“Ordered online and when I went in to the store to pick up the manager explained that he was out of a lot of ingredients. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got something else and apologized multiple times for the inconvenience. He was also the only person working and was very pleasant and patient.“

“I went to the subway shop at 4343 South Buckley road. I just want to say that the last couple times I've been there I have got the best Subway sandwich ever! The two people's names were Alex and Lisa. I asked for their recommendations and they recommended a sandwich and all the fixins that go on it and they were awesome! “To all the other people reading the other Karen’s comments here’s some real information about this store as someone who comes here often. 1. To those who read the employees are on their phones. The true answer is, they never dismiss customers to be on their phone. The only time they’re on their phones is when they are not busy and don’t have anything to do. When you’re at your 9-5 job and you don’t have any calls, you check your phone right? Just cause their minors doesn’t mean they’re in some prison institute. 2. About the soda machine that was broken recently. No employee there besides maybe the store manager knows how to fix the soda machine. They are minors not mechanics. The store manager is there sometimes and I’m also unsure if she knows but she most likely got someone else to fix the issue. The real honest review here is, these people are just kids working minimum wage jobs. Don’t expect them to be 5 star chefs. They provide the best service they can, but sometimes people make mistakes. We all do and all the workers here are incredible people. Don’t let these Karen comments change your view of this locally(not chain operated) owned subway. The people here work their best and their hardest to make sure the customers get their sandwiches that they want. (Also the pretzels are incredible don’t miss out).“

“1 really appreciated the integrated dining experience this business square provides for the community. Very clean location to dine in. Staff was very professional and courteous.Restrooms were clean and tidy with no trash. I got A fully loaded tuna sub with my favorite "Sunchips." Being A previous bartender, I did prefer A tip option with my gift card. (Always Remember the tip jar people🫙😉) A very pleasant experience all around✓ 🖐️⭐s

“The worker there get five stars all the way LOL I went in there with my bf to pick up a sandwich for his brother and we tell them a little bit of Parmesan cheese. I made a comment that if it was my sandwich I’d put half the bottle of Parmesan cheese on it and I kid you not this wonderful lady poured half the bottle on knowing it wasn’t for me LMAO. It absolutely made my day and both Katie were so friendly! 5 stars but if I could give 20 I would!“

“Clean restaurant and friendly service. I came in because I had a coupon but left it at home smh. The customer service was so awesome I didn't leave and place my order. I won't forget it next time, though. The parking is an issue. I got lucky for a spot in front of the store. Until next time.“

“Stopped by the Subway over on Alameda and Chambers, and overall, it’s a pretty good spot to grab a quick bite. The sandwiches are fresh, and they do a great job with the veggies—they’re always crisp and taste like they were just sliced.

The staff is friendly and keeps the line moving, even when it gets busy. I went for the classic Italian B.M.T., and they didn’t skimp on the meats or toppings, which I appreciate. The bread was soft and fresh, too—definitely one of the highlights.

The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that the place could use a little sprucing up. The seating area felt a bit cramped, and the tables weren’t as clean as I’d like. But hey, it’s not a dealbreaker—just something they could improve on.

If you’re in the area and need a quick, solid sandwich fix, this Subway’s got you covered. I’ll definitely be back when I’m craving another sub!“

Rose did awesome today she was the only reason i gave so many stars she was working hard and did everything she could to serve the customers i saw she was awesome but i am very disappointed she is being made to work this hard alone“

“This place was awful a couple months ago. Wow! What a great move hiring English speaking employees. I stopped coming here. I just had a great experience. Enrique made the best sandwich Ive had in a long time. It’s so good, I came 2 days straight. Super polite and awesome. Thank you for making the staff changes. And to all the people who sent horrible reviews, please revise them after trying it again. They deserve that.“
