Beautiful property, many different pro's and con's. Hotel Room - Clean, nice, comfortable. About what you would expect for a hotel in the mid-upper range. I don't think most people come for the hotel rooms, but they are in good shape - Walls are a little thin. Resort - Huge property (make sure to wear comfortable shoes). I could never put into words the all around amazing experience we had at this hotel. The staff is PHENOMENAL, especially John at customer service. I and my 3 children were stranded in airports for 4 straight days with no end in sight. Denver was not our intended destination, nor did we know the Gaylord Rockies hotel even existed before the airline offered us a voucher for the hotel.
