Beaver Creek Chophouse offers a delightful dining experience with delicious food and exceptional service. The ambiance is pleasant, with a family-friendly atmosphere. Views of the slopes were great. Food was outstanding, with excellent crabcakes and amazing salmon. Steaks were great, and filets were cooked nearly perfectly, tender and flavorful. The pineapple martini was delicious. The wait staff were always present and attentive. This was a birthday celebration, and a delicious dessert was offered complimentary. Overall, a great choice for a memorable meal.
