Our waiter, Kyle, was very attentive. The food was fabulous. I had the special (sea bass over wasabi mashed potatoes) and my husband had the scallops risotto. We will definitely return!---
First time trying this restaurant and we will definitely come back in Dec when we are in the valley. We started with the fondue which was delish and then 1 person in our party had the scallop risotto and the other 2 had the salmon with the corn puree. One of the best meals we have had in the valley in a long time. Better than either Splendido and Grouse! Excellent service and will ask for Syndee when we come back. Pistachio gelato was just okay but app and main meals were phenomenal!
Stoke and Rye is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the Vail Valley. The restaurant is aesthetically lovely with wonderful light and beautiful views and a sophisticated interior design.
