We are Habachi junkies as we live in Miami and go to Damurai, Benihana and Aoki. Service was on point. Very attentive and good amount of staff. This is ?. The chef was entertaining and great. Food portio s are probably one of the best we haveeaten. From protein, veggies which were the best we have had, as others overload on onions. The only thing that needed more TLC is the fried rice. It just needed more veggies or so ething in it. But this is so minore veacuase eveything else was great. Worh going. .

The food here never ceases to amaze, you cannot get better quality to prize ratio on sushi, basically anywhere on earth, let alone in the Vail area. Fish quality is incredible with noticeable freshness. The only downside is that the teppanyaki tables smoke up the whole restaurant and really makes the experience a little less enjoyable. But overall, it has been a restaurant I go back to every time I’m in the area, and will continue to do so.

Came in from out of town and ordered food for 10 people. Ordered was missing several items and the sushi wasn't fresh. Called and wanted a refund for the missing items and they said they cannot process a refund for individual items and only a manager can do it that would be there a few days later and he would call me. Manager never called and when I called back they said I have to come back to get my refund. Well that is not happening since we already left town to go home. Service is trash, food was subpar and on top of it they charged me a "to go Service charge"

The service is sub par compare to the other restaurants in the area. We were sat at the grill and waited over an hour for the table which was sat after us to have their entire dinner. Then finally got appetizer. I ordered food that did not come and when I asked the manager about it, he simply responded with, "do you still want it?". Of course I said, however he still charged me full price and did not give a discount or comp for the lack of service. The waiter was ignorant and high on marijuana. Having been there multiple times in the past, we will never go back.

We were so hungry for Sushi and hibachi! When checking for options the day before, the other restaurants that we checked were booked up. Our service was good but our shrimp was not cooked all the way. We should have asked them to cook it longer. Then the restaurant was very foggy even with the door cracked open on a cold night. My clothes had the restaurant odor the next day. It wasn’t horrible but we would not recommend.

All around bad experience. Hibachi meals would not be served to the table, we had to ask for napkins and glasses a few times. My friend had to go to the bar to ask for these things because our server was no where to be found. They refused to split the check. The food was- honest to God- barely okay. It wasn't awful but wow it was not good. The prices are so extremely high for such subpar food. I ordered salmon roll and the tiniest 6 pieces came out on my plate for $11. Nothing filled me up, I'm leaving here hungry. The most frustrating part was the prices for not good food. I promise I will not be returning and I highly recommend no one waste their time here.

The other day my boyfriend and I went to Nozawa (our favorite sushi spot around) and had a lunch date. The service is always great and the food is excellent. We started with miso soup and some fried calamari. This was our first time trying the fried calamari and it was very flavorful and we loooved the sauce it came with. Then we ordered some nigiri. I had the masago and my boyfriend had the mackerel and smoked salmon. For our rolls I ordered a fresh water eel roll and the shredder roll. My boyfriend ordered the spicy yellowtail and the atomic shrimp roll. Overall we had a blast and the presentation was beautiful! Can't wait to come back.

We were very disappointed in Nazawa, we have eaten there for many years. The service was poor the chicken in the coconut soup and in our stirfry was mystery meat as far we were concerned it was like some reconstituted byproduct. The waiter was a bit perplexed that it didn't resemble chicken he offered to remake with shrimp. It came back nearly 30minutes later, just as bad. I brought it home, put it in the refrigerator where it liquefied pretty much into water with a thin layer of coconut fat on top. The green tea for two was like hot water, one tea bag! The one good timely thing was the sushi which was fresh and delightful. I would recommend going there just for sushi, there was nobody to complain to, I understood the owner was big busy cooking in the back. I paid cash otherwise I would've declined to pay my credit card. It was the worst food I've had in the Vail valley.
