We stopped here on our way back to Denver and were thrilled with the food. The line was long (obviously it's a popular spot), so there was a bit of a wait, but the workers were friendly and going as fast as they could to get everyone their food. It ended up being well worth the wait. The chips were fresh, perfectly salted, and paired wonderfully with the zesty salsa. The breakfast burritos were packed with flavor and super filling. Will definitely be going here again next...
I arrived at the taco stand after they closed; I asked if they anything left, Jeremy and Ben fixed me up with Alambre Tacos, a huge chicken burrto and chips and guacamole. This was all 10 minutes after they closed. The food was beyond great. Jeremy and Ben have a great sense of humor. The next morning I got one of their breakfast burritos; I'm hooked. Best food in Avon/Vail and definitely best breakfast burritos anywhere! We eat here every time we’re in the area. Alambré burritos are fire and the hot sauces have great flavor!!
