Vin48 is a delightful restaurant in Avon/Arrowhead/Beaver Creek that offers superb food and excellent service. The detail in every dish is outstanding, from the truffle fries to the mussels, crab cake, and meatballs. The cod and chicken Marsala dishes were devoured, and the desserts, especially the carrot cake and flourless chocolate dessert, were amazing. The Spanish Meatballs and special Salmon with creamy polenta were highlights, along with the best fries ever tasted. The Roasted Beets and Brussel sprouts were delicious, and the liver mousse and fried quail were excellent choices. The menu includes apps, light bites, and summer salads, as well as an outstanding wine list. Customers praise the excellent menu of beautifully prepared dishes, attentive service, and comfortable seating, with a warmth in hospitality rarely experienced. The oysters, mussels, and pork chop were highlights, and the pecan crusted cod and blackened chicken were delicious. The restaurant opens up to the outdoors and a lovely umbrella deck. A must-visit for a fantastic dining experience.
