Our first time at Vin 48 and we were very impressed. We come to Avon every summer and this will now be in our restaurant rotation. I had the best pork chop that I've had in years and the wine list is amazing. All single glass wines (and there are many) are all kept under controlled conditions to prevent oxidation..
