The service, the food, it was all amazing. We loved the caviar presentation, the special truffle pasta, the special harvest salad, but the food that honestly blew our minds was the matzo ball soup. It was so bright and fresh , but still comforting and warm
We had an excellent dinner here. Service was friendly, prompt, and attentive. We ordered a seafood pasta (special) and the brick chicken. Both were excellent - the chicken was so juicy with a perfect crisp skin, yum!
Dinner at WYLD in Bachelor Gulch left me with mixed feelings. They started me off with a salad—not the caviar as promised—because the kitchen “couldn't figure out” the potato chips. Oddly enough, moments later, the caviar arrived with soy-fried potatoes (my allergy, which they were already aware of). Strange choice, and not exactly Michelin star precision.
