We had an amazing date night here! Lauren, our server, was incredibly accommodating, kind, and patient. The food was lovely as well. Very good sushi. Can’t wait to come back!

Locals enjoy the Wagyu beef, Lobster tail, warm rice, and the California roll with soy paper. The sake menu is extensive, and guests can request a flight to sample different types. The fish program is impressive, and the chef’s choice sashimi omakase allows guests to enjoy a nice range, including fish they may not have tried before. The outdoor seating area is perfect for a relaxed meal in winter, and the staff ensures a well-paced, friendly experience. While a bit pricey, the food and service at Sakaba are consistently outstanding, making it one of the favorite restaurants in the entire valley.
