Really enjoyed my time there however the price wasn’t justified with the food taste
Really small and loud space, and really expensive! We reserved a table well in advance for Valentine's Day and were seated in between a coat rack and host stand, in a hallway.. definitely not ideal so ended up at the bar instead. The dining room is very small and loud, with servers constantly bumping into people. The service is great though. The food is good too, but overpriced. The food was absolutely exquisite. Our favorites included the miso cod and the nigiri omakase flight. Extremely knowledgeable and amicable staff. Surprise to no one, Dan the GM hires the best!

Sakaba offers excellent food, with highlights like the A5 filet, although the prices can be high. The service is outstanding, with knowledgeable and attentive staff providing a memorable dining experience. The restaurant's ambiance can vary, with the main dining room offering a more lively vibe compared to the outdoor seating area, which is cozy in winter with heaters, fireplaces, and blankets. Locals enjoy the Wagyu beef, Lobster tail, warm rice, and the California roll with soy paper. The sake menu is extensive, and guests can request a flight to sample different types. The fish program is impressive, and the chef’s choice sashimi omakase allows guests to enjoy a nice range, including fish they may not have tried before. The outdoor seating area is perfect for a relaxed meal in winter, and the staff ensures a well-paced, friendly experience. While a bit pricey, the food and service at Sakaba are consistently outstanding, making it one of the favorite restaurants in the entire valley.
