This was the second year we attended the Chinese dinner experience at the Ritz. The food was again excellent, and we had an outstanding server who was both friendly and attentive. The price hike for the meal this year from last year was grossly excessive, especially since smaller portions were served. Loved the Chinese pop up dinner! My favorite were all of the delicious appetizers 😋. My only complaint was that it felt like they were pushing the food at us too fast. The waiter said it was because that is how the chef was getting it out of the kitchen. For an expensive meal like that you don't want to be rushed.
Best Chinese food in western Colorado, in particular the Vail Valley where the limited Chinese food is disgustingly, greasy and overcooked. We are going back in 2 weeks!
