“Great atmosphere and food“

“My husband and I booked a reservation here for his birthday dinner while staying on property at the Ritz Carlton. Our one-of-a-kind server’s name was Anna and the amazing bartender‘s name was Michael who made us one of Chris’s famous drinks. Anna knew more about sushi and sake than anyone else I know. She kindly guided us through menu recommendations based on our likes and dislikes she asked us to share. She even challenged us by bringing a couple of tastes from the menu of items we never would’ve ordered on our own, yet absolutely LOVED. The black cod cannot be missed as well as the tuna crispy rice. We had such an amazing experience with the best service and the best food imaginable. Thank you to Anna and the entire Sakaba service and culinary team. We will be back! 🤤“

“Fabulous night of home cooked food! We had the mussels, chicken pot pie, meatloaf, and fish tacos. All hit the mark and the table cornbread was amazing. Great cocktail and wine menu. As a local this is my go to for happy hour, family dinner, or a night catching up with girlfriends. And the definitely get the Mudpie. Insane!“

“Authentically European all the way down to the complete chaos inside. If you want a calm cafe this is probably not the place. If you want good pastries and a cute patio then highly recommend. Spinach/feta and chocolate croissants were quite good“

“Excellent food. Friendly service & accommodating to requests. The Best lobster! All different types of salads. My shrimp taco and my brother in law’s mahi mahi tacos were delicious. You can get beef tenderloin tacos too. Taco Tuesday is popular. Atmosphere is relaxing. We will be back!“

“The breakfast at Tavernetta is some of the best breakfast food I’ve had from across the whole country including cities like LA & NYC. The veggie skillet is my #1 because it’s the healthiest way to start the day & very filling. #2 favorite is the sausage & polenta dish. This item is my indulgent, flavorful & is like a breakfast & lunch for me. I’ll re order these every time I’m in vail but if I could eat this everyday, year round I would. Delicious & filling portions.“

“We had the most amazing meal at Revel! The salmon with creamy leeks and Chardonnay braised turnips was spectacular—the subtle flavors were perfectly balanced with the leeks providing just the right amount of tang so it didn’t feel too rich. The braised beef was like butter; the savory vegetables it was braised in overnight gave a depth of flavor I’ve never tasted in beef before. The chocolate mousse for dessert…heavenly! The richness of the Belgian chocolate and vanilla bean cream had me moaning out loud.

The salmon is flown in from Norway and the beef is raised locally. I think this goes to show that if you start with fresh, pure ingredients and put them in the hands of a talented chef you can make the simplest of foods taste exceptional.

I just ate at a James Beard award winning restaurant last month and I can honestly say it was no comparison to our meal at Revel! I can’t wait to go back!“
