Best options for plant based food here in the valley if you want something out of the ordinary. Premade options as well.

Walked here from out hotel to get ingredients for a great hotel room prepared dinner. Convenient and good selections.

Seems that many of the staff are genuinly wanting to provide a great customer experience but are stiffled by the (large) corporate bureaucracy that does little to empower the front line folks that need to be responsive to customer needs/wants. In the grocery business, that is providing the foods and consumables that customers want. However, Whole Foods, now more than ever does things the other way, which is, to "offer" what Whole Foods has decided to make available. Nothing quite like paying extra to have the wholeistic experience of getting things that you don't actually want but simply settle for.

Nice store, friendly staff, good selection. We will return, when in the area. The location was a little hard to find since the sign was on the west end of the building but the entrance was on the south side.

It's supposed to be a Whole Foods, but this one doesn't even come close. We stopped by to get a Gluten Free birthday cake which is readily available at other Whole Foods we've been too. But this location had the tiniest gluten free bakery options we've ever seen. The staff was nice enough, but they should do a better job at being consistent with their core brand.

A welcome relief to walk into a clean well lit market with fresh food. We were staying at the element and it was easy to stop in and pick up some premade food after skiing. It just felt good. And a nice change of pace from citimarket.

Have you ever wondered what cardboard tastes like? Just try one of Whole Foods Friday $9.99 pizza specials and you’ll find out. Maybe they imagined their pie made with dough like this would be similar to the superb pies made in New York/Brooklyn (New Haven?), but when combined with an overload of cheese and a paucity of tomato sauce, Whole Foods has created, arguably, the worst pizza in the Roaring Fork Valley, maybe even including those from the fast food franchises.

This is the most extensive Whole Foods I have visited. They cater to all 3 meals and all good. Have a nice coffee bar as well. Everyone real nice and happy.

We were on a business trip and were staying overnight nearby. So, Jamie made a run to this grocery store and got us a great salad to make at our hotel. Perfect!

Nice store. Checker charged me for 10 avocados instead of one. I noticed the error before leaving the line. She was not apologetic and seemed almost irritated with me. I did get a refund, but a better attitude on her part would have been nice.

Got to the Element Hotel in Basalt after a very long day of travel and just needed a quick food choice ... We stopped in and got sandwiches, salad, and a soup. Everything was terrific and convenient ... service was very helpful!

We love their excellent organic selections both in produce & salad bar. Everything is so fresh. Perfect when we are traveling through town on our way to Aspen

This store is on the smaller side for a typical Whole Foods, but they manage to pack a lot into the small space. They produce section is not lacking in any way. Everything is fresh with lots of local Colorado options. They have a decent sized bulk food section. The salad bar at the current price of $9.99/lb is the highest price I have seen in a Whole Foods, but not by much. It adds up fast, so be careful! They also have a hot food bar, a sandwich counter and a prepared foods counter. I enjoy the store brand that they carry, as everything under that label (365 brand) is affordable and good quality. Large indoor and outdoor seating area for eating with lots of condiments and a microwave.
