I wish I can give a zero star to this restaurant. We were visiting the town and went for a dinner in this place, after ordering grilled veggie burrito and clearly mentioning “veggie”, they served us “Chicken” in the burrito.
They have servers who can’t understand and communicate properly with the customers in English. So, when we brought this up to their manager, she was like “We all are humans and mistake happens”. I mean seriously? You can’t respect a religion of your customer who is clearly ordering veggie burrito to avoid any meat in it. Manager’s behavior was also not professional at all.
Just avoid going to this restaurant, the 4.3 star google reviews is misleading.

The outdoor seating was nicely shaded, quiet and relaxing. The food was great. Cocktails shockingly overpriced for a town like Bazalt. The disturbing fact was that my CC was charged more than I signed on the bill after the tip. Be careful with that.

Been going there for several years living in the community. But tonight we ordered margaritas using Jose cuero cheapest tequila there is. $22 a marg. Oh my gosh. Yes we should have asked since they don’t post the prices but we’ve never been charged that much especially for the cheapest tequila. Locals beware. Obviously looking to take advantage of tourists but locals beware.

The food was amazing. Unfortunately , we had some food come out late. We ask to speak to the manager regarding the situation she sent out the server. And refused to speak to us.She eventually came out and took away the food that was brought out late. If you want to order food from here get it to go. So you can avoid management

Ordered an overpriced marg that was made incorrectly and not like the photo on their menu. The VERY rude waitstaff who spoke almost no English brought out the same exact drink wrong again. Fajitas are mostly bell peppers and it took forever to get our food. We felt as though our service was poor because we are a white couple. Never coming here again! 👎👎👎👎

We love coming to El Corrito! It’s always busy, which is a great sign — and yet the staff is consistently attentive, welcoming, and efficient. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and seated with care.
The food is always delicious and full of flavor — everything we’ve tried has been consistently great. The atmosphere also has that vibrant Mexican charm that makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
