Such an amazing meal. Nora was so sweet at the bar. The stuffed mushrooms and pot roast were to die for, and the moist pistachio cake. The live music was a lovely touch. Cant wait to be back!

Since Heathers is also now at Stonebridge in Snowmass we stopped to enjoy veggie pot pie. It was very disappointing. They changed it. Smaller and poor quality. We sent them back. Too bad.

This is my favorite place to eat when I am in Basalt. Fresh salads, savory and delish pot pies (take them home and cook also), with Some of the best freshly made cakes and pies. The Cubana sandwich and the spinach salad are my favorites items for lunch. Pistachio cake, YUM

Why would you eat anywhere else? We came two nights ago. Meal was delicious! Ate somewhere else last night and decided to make reservations for tonight. Again, did not disappoint. Food is amazing and really reasonably priced for the quality. Whenever we come back to town will only eat here!

I got the chicken pot pie with the watermelon salad and the berry tea. I cant recommend this place enough! Came for a work trip and looked up food places with good reviews and this place doesnt disappoint!

We were walking in Basalt and happened upon Heathers Savory Pies. Normally I think of pot pies as frozen and non appealing. I tried the Chicken Pot Pie and am coming back tomorrow for another one. Just made fresh stocked full of vegetables and chicken with a fantastic crust.

If Heather can make pot pies, you won’t believe her deserts. We have the rhubarb and strawberry pie fresh out of the oven!

Olivia is a phenomenal helper and really made some great suggestions which we readily accepted.

Overall we are recommending that you do not overlook this hidden gem! Your tummy will thank you

Perfect pre-road trip back to Denver stop! While my dietary restrictions prevented me from having a pot pie, it looked INCREDIBLE! And my chicken quesadilla was very good (LOVED that salsa)!

And of course, we all had to have a piece of dessert pie before we headed out. My peach pie was delicious and my companions enjoyed their pies as well! Great stop!
