We love this place - have been there several times when we're visiting Snowmass. The food is fantastic - in fact there are too many good options on the menu and have to decide between ordering tapas or a more traditional meal. The potato and artichoke tapas were great, as was a pear and burrata salad special. We also really enjoyed the parppadelle with mushrooms. And the French toast with pistachio ice cream dessert is incredible! All the servers there are very friendly and helpful. Our only criticism is that the food came out too quickly so we felt a bit rushed. We'll be back!

Super accommodating of allergies and are true to their word on having gluten free options that are not only available, but are delicious.Everyone else had awesome food and we had great service - the dates, Spanish meatballs and the seafood soup appetizer had the crowd going
Very good as always, except the waitress made it obvious that she was trying to flip the table. She constantly pushed us to order and tried to remove the plates before we were half finished. It was not that we were dawdling; we were in and out in 65 minutes. That was unpleasant.
I've lived in the valley a little over a year and only just now getting here. The bolognese is so great. I loved the dates, my group all loved their food. The night was extremely busy, and all service staff were on the move! Our server, Peter, was very nice and attentive, and the food came out so fast! Awesome wine selection and cocktails as well. Will absolutely be back.

We’ve been to Tempranillo a few times and each time we’ve had a delicious meal. The tapas, paella, vodka sauce pasta and desserts. Our server Alex was also great. The fire place is lovely in the winter.

Our third time. Great food, wonderful menu and intriguing specials. Pricing is very fair, service terrific. BTW their wine offerings are very authentic, and they carry a few wines you won't find elsewhere in the US. Only comment is it's a bit noisy in the main dining room.

Loving the fresh take on some of their classic dishes. Definitely improved on great dishes!! Perfect place for us locals to enjoy a great meal with friends and family. Grateful to have this restaurant in our town!

Friends always help my husband and me celebrate our birthdays. Our meal is always wonderful and Wednesday's definitely was. Our server made sure our every need was managed and our table was positioned so as to provide for conversation. We loved our whole dining experience.

Very solid meal. I'm a critical rater and would have given them a 4.7 but cant do that. Their bread(pan) appetizers are exceptional. Calamari appetizer was a little off, but not enough. All entrees were great. It's not a low priced restaurant, but compared to some of the craziness in the area, not a bad value.
The ambiance and food were great! It does feel like you're in Europe while dining at the restaurant. We had calamari and shrimp as apps. I think it was the best I had in the US! We drank a glass or two of Rioja :) it was just so pleasant! The server and hostess were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back again for the great hospitality and delicious food!

Everything was great. There was 8 of us, so we had a bit of everything. No real complaints, service was great, sat by the fireplace, they did their best to seat us inside. The paella was the perfect size, but would have like to see the seafood and chicken not diced, couldn't tell which was which. Yes, GO, you will enjoy!

We had a nice meal there a year ago but this time was not good at all. The service was ok but the food was less than average as were the drinks. We will not be back anytime soon. The drinks were poorly mixed and substandard as was the meal. My shrimp appetizer described flavorfully with a special sausage, etc. was just some boiled shrimp with a bbq like sauce. The other three diners thought their meal was mediocre, too.
Christmas Eve, so restaurant was busy and festive. Appetizer of bacon wrapped dates had nice flavor but overpriced at almost $5 per date. Lobster ravioli special had shells in it and pasta overcooked, sauce creamy and flavorful. Pan seared Chilean sea bass excellent but had way too many veggies to fill the plate. Service attentive - however our waiter interrupted our dinner twice: once to ask if we wanted fresh pepper (had just been obviously ground onto salad ) and second time to ask if we wanted Parmesan (again another server has just sprinkled it on our dishes). A quick glance and he'd have known. It was odd. Owner chastised waiter at table next to us for not hurrying enough- and loudly enough for 3 tables to overhear. I felt bad for the waiter. So we felt rushed to finish our meals and opted out of dessert.
