Not sure how you mess up fried food, but this place has it down. The fish and chips… the fish was so wet that the batter was undercooked so it was just falling off pale and soggy with oil. I’d have complained if the bartender came back. Nope. Onion rings barely made the cut… but perhaps jalapeño ranch is something different in Colorado but usually it has jalapeños in it. I’ll not come back. But if think margarita glasses are cool for beer and you don’t have taste buds…...
I have eaten lunch here many times over the years and while I have enjoyed it, it was never good enough to write a review (I usually only review really good food or really awful experiences). This past Monday was my first time eating dinner there and the food was excellent! we started off with the truffle fries which were topped with so much garlic it reminded me of the garlic fries at a Seattle Mariners game (that is a good thing). I am the only vegetarian in my family so anytime...
Don’t shy away because this is a pub, the food is spectacular! During daytime hours, there is only 1 server/bartender so give ‘em some grace. The menu has traditional pub fare, but several,other great options. I had the Caprese Salad with steak, and my husband had the street tacos….neither one of us left hungry or disappointed; kudos to the chef! So happy we stopped in for lunch!
